PANJIT’s latest ESD protection diodes Gen.2 are optimized for high efficiency and low leakage current, offering low insertion loss figures from -0.25 dB to -0.38 dB at 10 GHz. With ultra-low capacitance ranging from 0.09 pF to 1 pF and low clamping voltages between 2.6 V and 11.6 V, our ESD diodes provide robust and reliable protection against electrostatic events.
These products are available in space-saving packages such as DFN0603-2L, DFN1006-2L, and DFN1006-3L, as well as flexible packages like DFN2510A-10L and SOT-23-6L-1, making them ideal for various interfaces and portable electronics where size constraints are a concern. Additionally, they are widely utilized across different applications, including power supplies, computing, consumer electronics, and communication devices.
Moreover, PANJIT’s new ESD protection diodes Gen.2 are green molding compound compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0. And this product series has undergone rigorous testing to meet industry standards, including IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD), IEC61000-4-4(EFT) and IEC 61000-4-5 (Lightning) tests.
